And am I an optimist? No. I mean uh the question is the wrong question because this optimism pessimism is the glasses half full or half empty and then it depends on how you look at it. Yeah. But the smarter definition is the the wording of Vajlafl or even Gshi Antonio Gamshi if you read the prison the prison journals. Yeah. And uh optimism and pessimism is also dialectic. And dialectic means bachel optimism is not that you think that things will get better. Optimism is that it makes sense what you do even if things don’t get better. And this is quite a different quoted quote. Yeah.
Chapter 8: Optimism, magic & the meaning of resistance
Yeah. It’s very beautiful. It means that what we are now in do here here you and I here in this zoom is we are doing something that makes sense for us for you and for me hopefully it makes sense to a lot of listeners. So independently of what things will develop they get better or not we are having sense in what we are doing and this is the importance of history and this is the point of magic that I was pointing for quoting my Indian chief.
